Graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Journalism, Rachael was determined to change the world through activism and tough conversations. Through life’s twists and turns, however, Rachael found herself in a career in procurement, one of the last things she ever expected. What was more unexpected than her new life was what followed – a fulfilling career in which she thrived, despite most personality tests pointing to the contrary.
By leaning into self awareness, transparency, and authenticity, Rachael has routinely exceeded expectations. Her trajectory was marked by her unique and powerful collaboration, which had the surprising effect of turning success into a positive sum game, allowing those who worked with her to similarly grow and experience increased success. Sensing she was on to something, Rachael pivoted into the capabilities space, and then into Human Resources, during which time she became an executive coach and found her calling.
With nearly 20 years of corporate experience and executive facilitation and coaching, Rachael founded Bridge to Bold. As a public speaker, published contributor, and sought-after mentor, Rachael is bringing her tenacity, experience, and glowing energy to market. She believes everyone has a spark, and with the right support, everyone can grow that spark into a flame to fuel them in any area of life they choose. As Rachael knows all too well, it takes courage to cultivate that flame, which is why she is devoting herself to helping others make the Bridge to Bold.
Rachael is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and COR.E Leadership Dynamic Specialist (CLDS) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), as well a MBTI Certified Practitioner, and EQi 2.0/EQi 360 Certified Practitioner. iPEC is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, of which Rachael is also a member.
